How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is $5.99. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is $14.99. Orders over $79 ship free. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

What is your return policy?
For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products can only be returned if unopened in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost — contact us within 7 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund. Please keep all original packaging for the claim.
