4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.

5. Returns & Refunds

General Policy: For health and hygiene reasons, all intimate products are final sale once opened. We accept returns only for items that remain sealed in their original, unopened packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is defective or not what you ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and, at your option, ship a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will appear on your statement under the same discreet billing descriptor used for the original charge.

Chargeback Policy: If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us before filing a payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing a legitimate transaction) may result in account suspension and collection action.
